Kawasaki 1700 Nomad/Voyager Classic LT Installation Instructions
1. Remove drivers seat and turn upside down
2. Remove the two 10mm bolts securing the u-shape bracket
3. Place the supplied bracket under the "u" bracket and resecure making sure that the supplied bracket is as close as possible to the seat.
4. Replace seat as normal
5. Slide backrest into hidden sleeve and ride safe!

easy installation
Backrest was simple to install. It looks nice, but I (personally) don't like the way it just loosely fits. If you're not leaning on it, it just jiggles and flops around. Worth the money though.

What a comfortable backrest! Extremely to install & use. Planking a 4+ hour ride & this will be a back saver. Highly recommend the backrest.

easy to install and provides what I needed for a back rest
Product is well worth the money. I installed it on a new 2013 1700 nomad I just purchased. Before installing my back would get very tight after about an hour. This takes care of that. The backrest cover could have been installed a little better, but overall I am pleased with the product.
