Kawasaki 1700 Nomad/Voyager Classic LT Installation Instructions
1. Remove drivers seat and turn upside down
2. Remove the two 10mm bolts securing the u-shape bracket
3. Place the supplied bracket under the "u" bracket and resecure making sure that the supplied bracket is as close as possible to the seat.
4. Replace seat as normal
5. Slide backrest into hidden sleeve and ride safe!

This is my second drivers backrest from grasshopper. I put one on my Honda Shadow Spirit. Rode around Lake Superior, found it very comfortable. I just traded the bike in & bought a Kawasaki Nomad so I ordered another backrest. Just received it today. It took about 10 minutes to install. My buddy that went with me around the lake ordered one for his bike as well. Thank you grasshopper

Economical and easy
Installed as easily as advertised and is quite comfortable. I looked at several rider backrests for between 3 and 4 hundred bucks, and I can't imagine them performing any better than this one.

Value for money
Searched long and hard for a back rest for my voyager. All were over priced. Found Grasshopper and I thought worst case I've wasted a hundred dollars. Received it in 11 days to regional area of Australia, so big tick there. Easy to install is an understatement.So how does it feel? Great!!It's not lounge chair comfort, if you want that sit in your lounge. This back rest relieves that bit of pressure off your lower back for long day rides. Awesome Well done folks!
