Kawasaki 1500 Nomad or Vulcan With Mustang Seats Installation Instructions

1. Remove driver seat
2. Remove the bolt that holds down the passenger seat
3. Place supplied bracket over existing hole and reinstall bolt
4. Reinstall driver seat(may be tight at first)
5. Slide backrest into the hidden bracket
(if upright is loose wrap a piece of electrical tape around the tongue and reinsert)

Tight fit. Had to get a longer bolt to mount it. Comfortable. Changes riding position slightly. Pushes me forward a little.

I think the response from your company was excellent from the the initial order to the delivery. I ordered another product the same day and still don't have it yet but received your product 3 days ago. The only thing I'm not crazy about is how lose it fits in the slot. I knew ahead of time from your website that it probably would be. I am not going to do the electrical tape because I don't like how it gets when it gets hot outside, but I will think of something else. The only other problem is I wish the metal was a little sturdier. I am a big guy and I worth about bending it when I lean back into it. Overall I really like the backrest and believe it was a good purchase.
