INDIAN CHIEF OR CHIEFTAN
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove seat assembly
2. Remove four allen head bolts
3. Place supplied bracket over existing holes
4. Retighten four allen head bolts
5. Install new backrest in the bracket and ride safe!
(if upright is loose put one piece of electrical tape around tongue and reinstall)

My second grasshopper
A grasshopper served me well for years on my C109 Suzuki Boulevard. This one matches my Indian leather very well. Although the instructions give the possibility of adding tape to the post for stability, I did not find that necessary. Works great.

indian chief vintage back rest
Hi my back rest arived today and I assembled it to my indian chief vintage and I'm very happy with the way it looks .u have done a great job on the back rest and I'll WILL be pasting it on to the other members of our indian motorcycle club in New Zandland so think you for a great SEVICES.
