Honda VTX Backrest Installation

1. Remove passenger seat
2. Flip seat over remove two bolts from under seat
3. Place supplied bracket over existing holes weld side facing seat and reinstall bolts
4. Reinstall passenger seat
5. Slide backrest into the installed bracket
(if upright is loose wrap a piece of electrical tape around tongue and reinsert)

Comfortable
Great product. Easy to install. I installed mine on a 2004 VTX 1300 S. It adds that little bit of support and comfort that you look for about half way through a long ride. Only con is it that you cannot fold it down to get on or off the bike. Your leg will get caught or hit it when mounting or dismounting. I have adjusted how I do both now to adjust. Overall a great product.
