Rear passenger backrest ST1300
Hope they don’t mind me mentioning this but i asked if they could raise the height 3 more inches. They said absolutely they could do that. Communication is great. Even with me asking for a different size they shipped it out fast. Great value. Will tell everyone about grasshopper! Thank you

Not bad for the price
I've looked at several back rests and chose this one for the price. I just received it and installed it. As stated in the previous review, the shape of the bottom plate is off. It's a bit too wide at the aft end. A little grinding on the side of the bottom plate and it went on no problem. The nuts that come with the mounting hardware were not the right size. I had to spend a buck and buy the correct size. Overall it isn't bad but I wouldn't have been able to mount it at all if I didn't have a grinder.

price is right, but...
Instructions say to remove Honda cover plate and install this instead, but the headrest does not fit into the spot vacated by the cover plate, because the shape does not match. So I mounted the headrest on top of the cover plate instead, which works OK, but will scratch the cover plate. Also, one of the two supplied mounting bolts froze while installing (this was NOT cross threaded) and could not be tightened. Removal required breaking the bolt, so I now need to replace the mounting bolts and repaint the headrest bracket, which i scratched breaking the frozen bolt. The upholstery quality is commensurate with the price but its sturdy. Shipping was fat. I will keep this installed, my wife likes it and the price was right.
