Kawasaki 1500 Nomad Vulcan Installation Instructions

1. Remove driver seat
2. Remove the bolt that holds down the passenger seat
3. Place supplied bracket over existing hole and reinstall bolt
4. Reinstall driver seat(may be tight at first)
5. Slide backrest into the hidden bracket
(if upright is loose wrap a piece of electrical tape around the tongue and reinsert)

1999 up Kawasaki vulcan riders backrest
Excellent well made backrest. I have had back surgery from a football injury and this backrest is a must have for anyone who rides a vulcan or nomad. Makes riding longer journeys so much more comfortable. It was a bit wobbly and l put some tape on the tongue of the backrest. Problem solved. Thankyou guys for a great product. Highly recommended. Backrest
Seems comfortable, I haven't ridden much yet. The only thing I would improve is the fit into the bracket. I had to wrap electric tape around it. It still seems a little loose so I might put a second layer on.
